Can the Arts Change the World?

We are excited to announce that we will be working with the Southbank Centre to help spread the word about the Festival of the World Summit: Art will change the World.

The summit is a unique opportunity for social entrepreneurs, artists, students, graduates, academics, educators, arts organisations, and charities to explore how art can shape our future.

The day will include inspirational contributions from the likes of Jude Kelly, José Abreu, founder of the world famous El Sistema Venezuela, and a host of other change-makers from around the world such as Alain de Botton, American educationalist Eric Booth, and Jane Davis of the Reader Organisation, UK.

Attendees can share ideas with like-minded individuals and find out how to set up projects that will have real and lasting impact. The summit will also include live performances, workshops, and the opportunity to be part of challenging, thought-provoking, and illuminating discussion.

It is a chance to be part of the conversation, to meet people who have changed the world, and to learn how you can do the same.

The conference takes place on Monday 25th June 2012 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, London.
