Online Safety Support

Online Safety Support

Is your school keeping pupils and staff safe online?

With more than half of children in the UK (57%) admitting they have done something "risky" or anti-social online, according to a BBC Learning poll, online safety provision in schools has never been more critical.

Our team of online safety experts have developed a comprehensive package of face-to-face support that engages the whole school community and enables your school to deliver outstanding online safety practice, meet Ofsted requirements and keep pupils and staff safe online.

Over the course of the programme, which is tailored to meet the needs of your setting, you will receive advice on policies and procedure, curriculum development, leadership, staff development, infrastructure considerations and monitoring.

The programme includes:

  • Whole-staff audit
  • 1 x half day consultancy
  • 1 x consultancy phone call
  • In school staff meeting
  • 1 x Online safety assembly
  • 1 x parents’ information session

By the end of the course, participants will have a clear understanding of the key aspects of online safety and full knowledge of policy requirements and best practice.

They will be able to:

  • Respond to online safety incidents with confidence.
  • Develop a whole school strategic plan which includes all the stakeholders in the wider school community.
  • Evaluate a wide variety of resources and initiatives aimed at pupils, staff and parents.
  • Embed online safety throughout the curriculum.

Price: £1450

The CLC’s support has allowed me to broaden my knowledge of online safety as a whole and the importance it brings to the whole school alongside the discovery of a whole heap of relevant resources. Thank you.
